- 3Receive an official order sheet. We send a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your final confirmation. Once payment is received, your order ships — typically within 24 hours from the EU warehouse you selected.

Can you source a vape model that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. If the disposable, refillable, shisha or e-liquid device you need is not listed in our wholesale catalogue, submit the brand, model and quantity through the sourcing form. We check availability with our manufacturer partners and reply with options and pricing, usually within 24 hours.
Do you offer OEM and custom branding for sourced products?
We can discuss OEM and custom-branding options for eligible bulk orders. Share your target brand, model specifications, nicotine level, flavour range and packaging requirements in the sourcing form, and our team will confirm what is possible for your minimum order quantity.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ) for sourced products?
MOQ depends on the brand, model and whether the item is held in local stock or sourced from the factory. Many wholesale lines start from 50 pieces, while factory-sourced and OEM runs may require higher volumes. The applicable MOQ is confirmed per product and order.
How long does a sourced order take to deliver?
Lead time depends on the sourcing channel. Products available from our EU and US warehouse network ship in an estimated 2–7 days, while factory-sourced items take longer depending on production and freight. Your account manager confirms the timeline with the quote.
