What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by model — typically 100 pcs per SKU. Some clearance items have lower MOQs. Contact us for the exact MOQ on the models you're interested in.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from our warehouses in Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Belgium and China to all EU countries, the UK, and North America. EU orders ship from the nearest warehouse with 2–5 day delivery.
Are your products TPD compliant?
Most of our EU-stock models are TPD compliant (2% nicotine, 2ml tank). Non-TPD versions are available for markets outside the EU. Check the TPD badge on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), and for qualified buyers we can discuss payment terms. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal due to industry restrictions.
How do I request a model that's not listed?
Use our Sourcing page to submit the brand, model, quantity and your contact details. Your dedicated account manager will source the product and send you a quote within 24 hours.
Can I mix brands and models in one order?
Yes — mixed-brand cartons are available. We can consolidate items from different brands into a single shipment from the nearest warehouse.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Some of our partner factories offer OEM services with minimum order requirements. Contact us with your specifications and we'll connect you with the right factory.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. All shipments include insurance and require signature on delivery.
